Create a Wall of Fame
Do you have some empty wall space at your company facility? Fill it up with a Wall of Fame to designate the excellent work put in by your best employees. You can put the picture of an employee you would like to recognize up every month and award that employee at a company-wide meeting.
Have a “Guess the Baby” party
This is a fun way to have a great time with employees and share many laughs. Everybody loves baby pictures. You can arrange for an entertaining party game by having all of your employees bring in a baby picture so that everyone can match the baby with the correct employee. Try combining this fun game with a pizza party or another informal company get-together so that employees can kick back and relax together.
Hire a massage therapist
Everyone needs a chance to blow off some steam and relax from time to time, especially if you run a rather cut throat kind of business. With that said, massages are a great way to your employees that you really appreciate the hard work that they do for you and your company. Pamper your employees by bringing a massage therapist into the office. If you’re employees are visibly stressed lately, this is the perfect solution. Perhaps many of your employees have never had a real massage given by a professional. If so, they’ll be especially grateful for this reward. Hiring a massage therapist is likely to be a more affordable and convenient way to reward your employees than you’d expect.
Provide some Amazon coupons
There are always plenty of great Amazon deals that employees will appreciate being able to take advantage of. Do some research online and you will see that you can offer your employees great savings on items they’ll need and love.
Give them more say
Sometimes, employees want a greater say in company operations more than anything else. A good employee feels rewarded when he or she is given greater responsibility at the company. Consider letting employees make some upcoming decisions- especially if these decisions will directly impact their work environment or everyday job tasks.
A good manager knows how important it is for an employee to feel appreciated. Your employees are vital to the continued success of your company. Take the time to offer some of these rewards so that you can celebrate your company’s continued prosperity with your staff members.

Great tips! I’ll hold Food Fridays for my staff. I ask them to vote on what food they would like me to have brought in and serve for lunch on Fridays.

Food Fridays sounds like an awesome idea. It promotes team building, and they get to see that you care about them as people, not just employees. Cool.
