One of the most important parts of your business is understanding what’s working and what’s not. Who is better to tell you that information than your customers? Unfortunately, it can sometimes be like pulling teeth to get the right feedback from clients…that feedback that can make your product better or help your service appeal to more people. Akraya, Inc., an IT staffing firm in Sunnyvale, California, had that same problem. The company would regularly poll clients on what they were looking for in a temporary worker through an electronic survey…that clients wouldn’t answer. 🙂 Read about how Akraya revamped its customer feedback system at The Business on Main web site.
