Not Integrating Their Devices

Have a quick count of how many devices you own and use for business. I’m guessing at the very least you have a smartphone, tablet, and laptop, right? How many of them have you integrated onto the same network? If the answer is none, you need to stop what you are doing and get this sorted as soon as possible. Getting everything integrated on the same network will make it incredibly easy to share files between devices. There are a number of websites that can help you learn how to integrate your iPad and other devices.

Not Knowing How To Code

Some schools have even started to teach their kids how to code. And that means that it is a very key skill that we all need to have up our sleeves these days! Coding is one of the most basic skills for the Internet. If you can do it, you will be able to easily create websites and add your own cool designs to them. If you want to get started with the basics of coding, it is a good idea to start learning HTML and CSS.

Not Using Cloud Storage

Just a few years ago, we still had to rely on hardware to store all our important files and sensitive data. This was perfectly fine, except all of this information would be at risk if the computer were ever under breach from hacking or a virus attack. However, there is nothing to worry about if you store all your information and data on the cloud. This is virtual storage space that you can access from anywhere. As your data isn’t stored on a hard drive, you don’t have to worry about security breaches. And all of your employees will have access from their individual company as long as they have the correct login details.

Not Embracing Modern Communication Methods

You may be surprised to hear that there are still some entrepreneurs who would rather call a client than email them. Are you one of them? If so, you need to make the move over to email right now. These days, we are all so busy on the move, no one ever has much time to take a call. Email is a lot more convenient, and your clients will certainly prefer it if you use it as your primary method of communication.
