Or you may use blogging in a more general way, by getting online influencers to review your products. Which is proved by some large-scale companies that are; already put this strategy into practice.

Just remember that most bloggers do state that they receive products or payment for reviews. So you will want to keep them positive while seeming as neutral as possible for the best results.

Freebies

Freebies also have the potential to boost your marketing campaign in a few different ways. First of all, small samples of your product given out for free is a method that has been used for time immemorial to draw customers in. Happily, it is still relevant today and can help you gain a larger customer base.

For example, instead of supplying a mouse mat with a food or cooking product, why not include a measure or container, than the customer will use while they are using the actual product itself.

Offer such a freebie if they complete an order over a certain amount, and not only do you have free product placement in their home. But you also give them that little push to buy more of your products at each interaction.

Paid Advertising

Of course, freebies aren’t the only way to get your brand name and products out there. You can do this by using paid advertising methods as well.

One of these that is hugely popular at the moment is the Google AdWords scheme. Which is when you pay for adverts to appear at the top of a search page, above the natural ranking when a customer searching for a particular word or term.

  1. Hi Dequiana! I agree with making videos as a form of promoting your business and services. But I wouldn’t exactly call it easy. It is (can be) easy to make – yes. But promoting? Not really. Nowadays everyone is making videos, videoblogs with reviews, guidance, speeches, unboxing, commercial, promoting and many of those videos never make it to the greater audience. I think you need to have a nice web of e.g. social media followers before you decide to make a video. You will need someone to promote it, share it. If you are starting from the bottom it may be close to impossible to have a big break on You Tube.

    • I agree. You should have a marketing plan for your content, even videos. It does help to already have a following but with social media ads, you’re able to promote to a cold audience. You may need to spend more since this audience isn’t as familiar with you or your work. Thanks for your comment!
